The weekend after Thanksgiving every year for the past 30 years the Greer family has made candy. It started by tempering the chocolate on the stove and has evolved into an operation that would rival that of an artisan candy maker in the Swiss Alps. I had the great pleasure photographing this wonderful family tradition. The whole family contributes to achieve this wonderful array of homemade candy.
